Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to AMATIP Digital Box — your partner in digital transformation. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AMATIP Digital Box, governing your use of our website, mobile applications, and all integrated services (collectively the "Services").
If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using any part of our Services. AMATIP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice provided for significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
Definitions
- AMATIP Digital Box — An all-in-one platform offering personalised tools, resources and integrations for content creation, branding, e-commerce, and income generation.
- User — Any individual or organisation accessing or utilising AMATIP's Services, including account owners and invited contributors.
- Content — All materials uploaded, shared, or created by Users through the platform, including text, images, files, and data.
- Third-Party Services — External applications or tools integrated with AMATIP, governed by their respective terms.
- Account — The registered profile established by Users to access and manage AMATIP's features and tools.
Account Creation & Management
Users must create an account by providing accurate personal or business details including a valid email, username, and password. By creating an account you agree to:
- Keep registration details accurate and up to date.
- Assume responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
- Notify AMATIP immediately of any suspected security breach or compromised credentials.
The individual or entity associated with the registered email is considered the account owner. In ownership disputes, AMATIP may determine ownership based on payment records and registered correspondence. AMATIP's decision is final and binding.
Account owners may invite collaborators ("Contributors") to access specific features. Account owners are fully accountable for all Contributor actions and must ensure activities align with these Terms.
Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful and ethical digital operations, including task management, collaboration, personal branding, e-commerce, and business scaling. All Content must comply with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
- Unlawful Activities — Using the platform for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes, or uploading Content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Platform Exploitation — Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written authorisation, or attempting to bypass security measures.
- Malware & Harmful Content — Uploading Content containing viruses, malicious code, or harmful elements that could damage the platform or other Users' systems.
- Spam & Phishing — Exploiting the platform for spamming, phishing, or deceptive practices aimed at misleading or defrauding individuals.
Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
Users maintain full ownership of any Content they upload, create, or share. By using the platform, Users grant AMATIP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and display Content solely to deliver the Services — for storage, sharing, backups, and collaborative features.
All elements of the platform — design, features, software code, algorithms, trademarks, and brand identity — are the sole intellectual property of AMATIP, protected under copyright and trademark law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or use AMATIP's intellectual property outside the scope of the Services.
By providing feedback, Users agree that AMATIP may use, modify, or implement it without obligation, compensation, or acknowledgment. Feedback does not grant Users any ownership claim over resulting platform improvements.
Privacy & Data Protection
AMATIP handles all data in compliance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, Users consent to data collection for service delivery, improvement, and legal compliance.
AMATIP integrates with trusted third-party providers — including payment processors, analytics providers, and cloud storage — which may require limited data sharing. By enabling integrations, Users acknowledge the respective third parties' privacy policies.
AMATIP fully complies with UK and EU GDPR. Your rights include:
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data processed by AMATIP.
- Correction — Update inaccurate or incomplete information held about you.
- Deletion — Request erasure of your data, subject to legal or contractual obligations.
- Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction — Limit processing of your data under specific circumstances.
Subscription & Payment Terms
Certain features require advance subscription payment. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7.4. Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods to avoid service interruptions.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access. Users receive prior notice of renewal dates and charges. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via account settings.
AMATIP issues electronic invoices for all Paid Services. Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes (including VAT) and any fees imposed by financial institutions, such as currency conversion charges.
- Initial Purchases — Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Renewals — Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless billing errors occur.
- Non-Refundable Services — One-time purchases and custom integrations are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMATIP is not liable for:
- Indirect Damages — Loss of profits, revenue, or other consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
- Content Loss — Data loss caused by User actions, unauthorised access, or technical issues beyond AMATIP's control.
- Third-Party Issues — Problems resulting from the use of Third-Party Services integrated with the platform.
Users are encouraged to maintain backups of their data and take necessary precautions to secure their accounts and Content.
Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, access to all features and Content is lost. Pre-termination fees are non-refundable except as per Section 7.4. Users must back up data before termination, as post-termination retrieval is not guaranteed.
AMATIP may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or misuse of the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities. AMATIP will provide written notice and may retain data to comply with legal obligations.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, including compliance with UK regulations on digital services, intellectual property, privacy, and consumer rights.
- Mediation — Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith mediation via a neutral third party.
- Legal Proceedings — If mediation fails, the matter will be escalated under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms
AMATIP may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, platform features, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
